This is (not) me

I am a Design Manager with a strong background in product design, art direction, visual design and motion. My career started in 2003 in a small design studio, and shortly after I moved into art direction. Since then, I have built a multidisciplinary profile across digital products, interactive platforms, brand experiences and visual systems. My work has always been connected to the full design process: understanding the problem, defining the direction, shaping the experience, building the visual language and ensuring that the final product is coherent, usable and well executed. Today, my focus is on design leadership. I work to bring clarity to complex challenges, structure design processes, align teams and connect user needs, business goals and technology. My background as a hands-on designer allows me to lead with real design judgment, not only from management, but from a deep understanding of the craft. Over the years, I have worked with agencies and brands such as OVER MCW, Proximity, Neolabels, Wunderman, DDB, Havas, Lola MullenLowe, Mercedes, MINI, Audi, La Caixa, Bankia, Nike, Unilever, Telefónica, BBVA, Santander, Lingokids, Danone, Random House, DeAPlaneta, Coca-Cola and many others. My experience covers product design, UX/UI, art direction, branding, identity, visual design, service design, illustration, animation and motion design. This range has shaped the way I understand design: not as a single discipline, but as a system of decisions that affects how a product works, how it feels, how it communicates and how it creates value. I currently work as a Design Manager / Product Designer, helping teams turn ideas, problems and business needs into clear, consistent and meaningful digital experiences.
